Whalleybush Stripes-Again – Seal Tabby Point Siamese
We are excited to introduce Whalleybush Stripes-Again (known as “Stripe”), our own home-bred stud. Stripe is a special boy who offers an excellent outcross for our lines, boasting a zero inbreeding coefficient.
Stripe carries the genes for dilute color and the classic/blotched Oriental tabby pattern, offering beautiful possibilities for his progeny.
🧬 Genetic Health & Testing
Stripe has been thoroughly health screened for the following genetic conditions, with all results clear:
- Gangliosidosis GM1
- Mucopolysaccharidosis Type VI (\text{MPS VI/MPS6})
- Primary Congenital Glaucoma (\text{PCG})
- rdAc-PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy)
Stripe is available for very limited stud services to approved queens only. We maintain strict standards to protect the health of all cats:
- Registration: The visiting queen must be actively registered with GCCF and/or TICA. A copy of her registration, which must be in the owner’s name, is required.
- Pedigree: A copy of the queen’s pedigree is required.
- Health Screening: The queen must have a clear FelV/FIV snap test performed no more than 24 hours prior to the visit.
- Vaccinations & Care: The queen must be up to date on all vaccinations, and her nails must be safely clipped before arrival.
Your queen will enjoy a secure and comfortable stay in our heated quarters, living in with Stripe for the duration of her visit. The mating quarters are monitored by a camera for security and peace of mind.
